Day 1 – Live Online Session (3 hours): 

  • The Apprentice’s Journey and EPA overview 

  • Understanding L3 competency and assessment methods 

  • Matching tasks to criteria and supporting evidence 

  • The 4 steps to a successful EPA 

  • Identifying the right jobs and assessing written evidence 

Days 2 & 3 – Self-Study (Approx. 2 hours): 

  • Your role and responsibilities in the EPA process 

  • Planning exposure to the right types of work 

  • What happens during the EPA stages 

  • Writing effective evidence 

  • Workshop observation and assessment practice 

Day 4 – 1:1 Feedback Session (45 mins): 

  • Personalised feedback on assignments 

  • Q&A and tailored advice 

  • Final guidance on supporting apprentices through EPA
