Working week
42 hours per week on 12 hour shift pattern covering days, nights and weekends. When you are not Training at MTC Training, you would be working 1 weekend in 2.
Wage
Year 1 - £18000 Year 2 - £23000 Year 3 - £26000

Reality Check:
- Able to work shifts which include nights and weekends.
- Physically fit as you will be active for a full shift on a variety of tasks.
- Able to work at height.
- Drivers license preferred to enable them to attend MTC Training and site.
MTC Training eligibility: 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 / A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language or English Literature
