Weetabix - Level 3 Engineering Technician - Mechatronics Apprenticeship

• Attend all relevant training and complete required course work
• Gain hands-on engineering experience working alongside and under the supervision
• Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge in line with the apprenticeship program
• Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering systems and equipment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation
• Prepare and present reports using comms on maintenance tasks, project progress and outcomes

Candidate skills and qualities required:

• Good IT skills; ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Work, Excel and Outlook.

• Be able to use good communication skills, to build relationships with multiple and diverse teams of people

• Good time management & organisational skills, can manage multiple tasks and projects

•Ability to work flexibly, adapt to different circumstances and manage workload in a fast-paced and changing environment.

•Driven and Self-motivated. Able to work on own initiative, sometimes working under pressure and to tight timescales

MTC Training eligibility: 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 / A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language or English Literature
