MTC Training is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of apprentice Olivia Lane, who has been recognised on the national stage after being named Advanced Level Apprentice of the Year at the 2026 Enginuity Skills Awards. During the awards ceremony, Olivia also received the surprise overall Best of British Engineering award, recognising her as one of the most exceptional individuals honoured across all categories.

The prestigious Enginuity Skills Awards celebrate the people and organisations helping to shape the future of engineering and manufacturing in the UK. The awards recognise excellence, innovation and dedication across the sector, highlighting those making a significant contribution to engineering through their skills, commitment and achievements.

A National Recognition for Engineering Excellence
