As an Engineering Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on real customer projects from day one. Depending on your chosen pathway (Electrical or Mechanical), you'll develop practical skills in designing, building, testing and commissioning advanced automation systems.
Typical responsibilities include:
Assisting with the design and manufacture of automated machinery
Site installation
Mechanical assembly of machinery and robotic systems
Welding & Fabrication
Supporting installation and commissioning at customer sites.
Using CAD software and engineering drawings.
Testing, fault finding and continuous improvement.
Learning safe working practices and engineering standards.
Working closely with experienced engineers across multiple disciplines.
